Looking forward to our reunion.  I left the area the day we graduated and headed to college at Penn State University Campus.  I kept moving around..lived in Madrid , Spain for five years.  My father became ill and I moved back to the area and stayed after he died.  I actually work as a Reading Specialist and Sppech & Language Therapist at Jarrettown Elementary School.I would have never guessed that I would be back!  But here I am....and I have not moved for some time.  I forever feel like I am adjusting to life in suburbia.  Life is good and I am thankful.  Looking forward to reconnecting.  Thanks to all who have worked hard to keep us together!  Please let me know if I can help out in any way. Irene

What a kewl surprise to see an awsome website for us! The reunion was great and it is just a shame that all didn\'t show. It was a very nice time and people that were not at the other reunions showed up for this one.Now we all have to get in sink and all show up for the 40th. Alot of work is put into this event and it is a very interesting time to spend with your past memories and friends!!!

Great reunion! It was wonderful to see everyone. Please call if you make it out to the Northwest. I live on Bainbridge Island, just west of Seattle, with my husband of 25 years and my dog. Our son lives in Boulder and attends CU when he\'s not skiing off cliffs. I am a recovering attorney who runs a start-up for boomers to help navigate aging issues.

I really wish that I could attend but I coach college football and we play Walter Reed College in Washington DC on Nov 6. I will get in touch with some classmates that I still keep in contact with and let them know of the plans. Take care and enjoy the reunion.

Millard Bekmezian passed away on Jan. 10, 20007, while battling kidney failure in a nursing home. His trusted companion, Rene Polsky {retired U.D. French teacher} was with him to the end. Mr. Bekmezian will be remembered for his intellect, folksy wit, warmth and animated personality. His expressions: "I don't think!", "I'm not sure" and "Let's not kid ourselves" are still fresh in my mind. You had to love the man even if there was a heated difference of opinion. He had a depth of knowledge of history and was impassioned when conveying his opinions. Mr. Bek was a loving teacher who represented his profession brilliantly.
